The BC112120Z49 FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 1.376" and 1.500". Featuring 3.00" of abrasive globules which are composed of 120 grit Zirconia Alumina #1549 (Z49). Excellent for Low carbon to medium carbon steels, stainless steel and cast iron. 120 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 35 - 50 Microinch (.9 - 1.4 Micrometer).
