The BC15860Z25 FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 1.501" and 1.625". Featuring 3.00" of abrasive globules which are composed of 60 grit Zirconia Alumina #1525 (Z25). Excellent for Low carbon to medium carbon steels, stainless steel and cast iron. 60 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 60 - 80 Microinch (1.5 - 2 Micrometer).
