The BC45M180Z49 FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 0.158" and 0.177". Featuring 0.75" of abrasive globules which are composed of 180 grit Zirconia Alumina #1549 (Z49). Excellent for Low carbon to medium carbon steels, stainless steel and cast iron. 180 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 30 - 40 Microinch (.7 - 1 Micrometer).
