The BC45M600BC FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 0.158" and 0.177". Featuring 0.75" of abrasive globules which are composed of 600 grit Boron Carbide (BC). Excellent for Medium to high carbon steels and heat-treated steels to 50 Rc. It is also useful in titanium. 600 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 8 - 12 Microinch (.2 - .3 Micrometer).
