The BC4M180BC FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 0.147" and 0.157". Featuring 0.75" of abrasive globules which are composed of 180 grit Boron Carbide (BC). Excellent for Medium to high carbon steels and heat-treated steels to 50 Rc. It is also useful in titanium. 180 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 30 - 40 Microinch (.7 - 1 Micrometer).
