The BC4M400 FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 0.147" and 0.157". Featuring 0.75" of abrasive globules which are composed of 400 grit Silicon Carbide (SC). Excellent for Mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron and other softer ferrous materials. 400 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 10 - 20 Microinch (.3 - .6 Micrometer).
