The BC238120Z25 FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 2.251" and 2.375". Featuring 3.00" of abrasive globules which are composed of 120 grit Zirconia Alumina #1525 (Z25). Excellent for Low carbon to medium carbon steels, stainless steel and cast iron. 120 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 35 - 50 Microinch (.9 - 1.4 Micrometer).
