The BC78180Z25 FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 0.788" and 0.875". Featuring 3.00" of abrasive globules which are composed of 180 grit Zirconia Alumina #1525 (Z25). Excellent for Low carbon to medium carbon steels, stainless steel and cast iron. 180 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 30 - 40 Microinch (.7 - 1 Micrometer).
